STEWARDSHIP CORNER 13TH SUNDAY OF ORDINARY TIME - 30 JUNE 2013
We are free to follow Jesus as His disciples - it is our choice. In today’s second reading, St Paul provides a wonderful one-sentence summary of Christian stewardship: out of love, place yourselves at one another’s service. He also warns us of the cost of disunity which is in opposition to the Spirit. Our calling in following Jesus is based on our desire to love and serve.
